Base Model Kit    $92,700

The base model components are for a fully enclosed shell ready for your interior and exterior finishes.  The shell includes Quonset roof structure, metal stud and EPS exterior wall panels, all exterior windows and doors including full view roll up door, loft framing, spiral staircase, and finished canvas ceiling for interior.

The Deluxe Model Kit            $99,500

The deluxe model kit is supplied with exterior finishes combining Nextstone siding panels and pre-finished cedar lap, a solar powered cabin ventilation fan and a cable rail system for the loft.

Q Cabin Kits are not supplied with interior walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.  Images on this website are for suggested final arrangements and finishes.
