Base Model Kit    $57,280

The base model performs as an excellent art studio, workshop, greenhouse, hunting cabin, or mechanics garage.  It also performs as an excellent shell for café, coffee house or other commercial application.

The base models include all interior and exterior finishes as well as standard foundation and slab engineering.  The base model is a shell only with no plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.

Deluxe Off Grid Utility Package               Add $17,900

Package includes 940 watt AC solar electric system with battery storage, solar radiant heat system with in slab piping.

Package includes anodized aluminum supports with canvas shade for front elevation.

Snow Load Package                                Add  $2,900

Package includes 16 gauge Galvalume roof structure and additional engineering.

Fire Pit/Barbeque with 10 x10 Patio       Add  $1,800

Murphy Bed with Closet Storage            Add $2,600

Package includes queen size Murphy bed, quality mattress, and 7’ gear closet. Available without gear closet for $2,100.

Modular 4’ Round Table                          Add $950

Package includes 2 in floor sleeves, pole mounted 48” round table.  Dining table on one side, Poker/Gaming table on the reverse side.  Easily sets up and stores.

Rotating Wood Stove                              Add  $4,500

Package includes wood burning stove mounted on rotating base and vent pipe.  Glass door can be pointed in any direction for fire viewing.

Q Monitoring System                              Add $1,800

Monitor your Q Cabin from home via cell phone and internet technologies.  Monthly service required.
